Customer satisfaction is our top priority. All our items are shipped from our Jeffreys Bay warehouse. We offer refunds, credits or any exchanges. All refunds will remain at the discretion of The Hip Shop.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will refund you or give you a store credit – the choice is yours. Please take note that shipping/delivery cost can unfortunately not be refunded or credited as this is costs that can not be reimbursed to us by the Courier company.
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after receiving your parcel
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused.
- All items must be returned in its original packaging
- Gift cards, sale, and clearance items are not eligible for a refund
- The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded or credited to you once we have received the returned item/s back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
- If you choose a credit you will receive an email with a DISCOUNT CODE which you can then use with your next purchase
- If you ordered the incorrect size and you would like a different size, you will have to place a new order on our online store and use your DISCOUNT CODE emailed to you.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us
- A return form MUST be included in your parcel. Please email us on email@example.com and we will email you a return form

- If The Hip Shop is responsible for sending damaged items or items in the incorrect size ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by The Hip Shop.
